Process

How a Southwest Mineral Rights Review Works

Five steps, no pressure, and no obligation to accept an offer. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.

  1. 1. You send what you have

State, county, and any documents you can find. If all you have is a check stub and a last name, that is enough to start. Nothing you send obligates you to anything.

  2. 2. We identify the interest

We work out what kind of interest it is — mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, or working interest — and where it sits relative to current activity. Texas tracts are located by survey and abstract; grid states by section, township, and range.

  3. 3. We check status and paperwork

Producing or not, leased or open, probated or not. This is where missing estate steps or unclear chain of title usually surface, and it is better to know early.

  4. 4. You get a direct answer

Depending on the property and circumstances, Titan Property Investors may evaluate the opportunity directly or work with qualified buyers and industry professionals. Sometimes the honest answer is that there is no realistic market today.

  5. 5. If you move forward

Purchase terms are documented in writing, title work is completed, and closing is typically handled through a title company or escrow. You decide the pace, and you can stop at any point.

What we never do

  • Pressure you with deadlines, countdowns, or manufactured scarcity
  • Promise an offer before reviewing the interest
  • Give legal, tax, or investment advice — we are none of those things
  • Sell your personal information to unrelated marketers
