Frequently Asked Questions
Written for Southwest mineral and royalty owners. If your question isn't here, call and ask.
Do I have to know my legal description before contacting you?
No. You do not need to know every ownership detail before contacting us. County plus an operator or well name is usually enough for a first look.
Do you buy in all seven Southwest states?
We review mineral and royalty opportunities throughout the Southwest, but reviewing is not the same as buying. Activity levels in Arizona and Nevada in particular mean many interests there are not a fit for any buyer at a given moment.
Is Titan Property Investors the buyer?
Depending on the property and circumstances, Titan Property Investors may evaluate the opportunity directly or work with qualified buyers and industry professionals. We tell you which path applies to your interest.
What does a review cost?
Nothing. Submitting information does not guarantee an offer, and there is no obligation to accept one.
My interest is tiny. Is it worth asking?
Small decimals are extremely common in Oklahoma and legacy Texas fields. Whether a small interest is marketable depends on location more than size, so it costs nothing to ask.
Can I sell only part of what I own?
Yes. Partial sales by percentage, by county, or by producing versus non-producing acreage are all common.
Probate was never done. Can I still talk to you?
Yes, and it is a very common starting point. Ownership normally has to be established of record before any transfer, and estate steps belong with your own attorney. Titan Property Investors is not a law firm.
What documents help most?
A recent royalty statement or check stub, a deed or will, and any division order. Please do not send Social Security numbers or banking information.
How long does a sale take if I go forward?
It depends on title condition and the state. Clean private-tract title moves faster than federal-lease tracts in Utah or New Mexico, and unresolved estates take longest.
Will you share my information?
Your information is used to review your interest and follow up with you. When a qualified buyer or industry professional is involved in evaluating your specific interest, relevant details may be shared for that purpose. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers.
How is this site different from your state-specific websites?
SouthwestMineralBuyer.com covers the region and how the states compare. Our state sites go deeper on one state's records, counties, and local specifics. We deliberately do not duplicate content between them.
Do you have offices in these states?
No. We work with owners across the region by phone, email, and mail rather than claiming local offices we do not have.
